4. COURSE CORRECT AS NEEDED

The dashboards we put in place are designed to give you a read out on where you are in your strategic journey and an early indication when you veer off course. Going off course is due to the initial strategic hypothesis being incorrect, market conditions on which the strategy was based have changed or something has gone wrong with implementation. If we have done our job correctly you will know in which of these buckets the issue is and we will also be able to drill down to the next level of detail: prospects are looking not buying, customer tenure is low, market share is decreasing etc etc.

We work with clients to evaluate options for getting back on track and where solutions involve business applications, processes and/or people we get involved to make sure you have the support to change as quickly as possible.

If we have existing systems in place can we use those?

In most cases, there is a lot of value to be gained from optimising existing systems. Wherever possible we will use your existing systems. The answer will depend on finding out more about your objectives.

Will you teach our team how to use the tools?

Adoption is one of the most important requirements and the key to success. We believe the intersection of people and technology is critical.

We don’t have the capacity to implement this?

We can take on much of the work ourselves on an ongoing basis delivered by an outsourcing model where you pay for what you need when you need it.

How will we maintain what you set up?

We typically make ourselves available on a retainer basis. A well-set-up operation should not need to be tweaked constantly, however, ownership is important and we make sure you have the means to make changes when necessary.

Tim Wetmore

I am delighted to welcome you to Navigate – a company born out of a need for business clarity and a personal career history of developing the skills to help create this clarity. I started life as an engineer with a desire to fix problems and in a progression through strategy consulting, commercial management, project management, business coaching and CEO realized that technology is only part of the solution.

Tim helped us to align the SE Asia team with our strategy by working with individuals and teams and helping to plan our annual strategy offsite for 2 years.
